Musician/Composer Randy Tico's site: RANDY TICO's love for and involvement with the music of Brazil has led to collaborations with Airto Moreira and Flora Purim, Ivan Lins, Kleber Jorge (singer w/ Sergio Mendes), Dori Caymmi, Cesar Camargo Mariano, Rique Pantoja, Teka and his wife, Vanessa. He also gained a solid reputation as an inventive and versatile bassist, composer and sound designer.

Musician Chalo Eduardo: Chalo's ten-year association with Sergio Mendes as a featured performer gained him international acclaim for his showmanship, fiery solos, and center stage tambourine juggling and dancing performances. A wonderful musician and friend, Chalo has directed the Hip Brazil bateria for two years now for Samba performances and Parade. He also appears on Hip Brazil's promo video. We hope to collaborate with him many and many times in the future.

Percussionist Cassio Duarte: Percussionist Cassio Duarte has worked with Toots Thielemans, Lee Ritenour, Sergio Mendes, Ivan Lins, Tania Maria, Strunz & Farah, Brenda Russell, Angelique Kidjo, Googoosh , Paul Winter, Oscar Castro-Neves, Dory Caymmi, Gal Costa and many others. He has been a long time collaborator of Hip Brazil, playing live shows with the Hip Brazil Band and music directing all three of Vanessa's dance Workout DVDs ( Brazilian Dance Workout, Samba 1 and Samba 2).

Dancer Clarissa Anderson: Clarissa is a gifted dancer that has been part of the Hip Brazil Dance Company and appeared in all of Hip brazil's and Vanessa's Workout DVDs.

Capoeira Sul da Bahia in SB: Daniel Yoshimi, Instructor Chin (Sheen) website. Chin opened the first Capoeira Sul da Bahia academy in the USA in September 2000. In January 2005, in partnership with Vanessa Isaac and Jessica Elledge, Chin opened Ginga Multicultural Arts Center. This is now the official home of Capoeira Sul da Bahia in Santa Barbara.
